Good, if sometimes incredible, look at the strains on friends and family faced with outrageous fortune.
A man, his brother, and two friends discover over $4 million dollars in a wrecked airplane. One takes charge, and the others reluctantly agree to a waiting period before claiming their shares of the cash and leaving town. The temptations of the availability of the cash seem to turn each in turn against the others.
Also a movie by the same name, which is similar in plot to the movie "Very Bad Things," although better executed.
